Tropical Hair Salon

I will say I have not been able to get my hair cut properly since moving to Lehigh 6 year's ago , I ALWAYS leave the salon crying or angry.

I have driven by Tropical hair Salon on many occasions and decided to make an appointment.

That's when I met LEO!!! I have to say he was amazing , so detailed and focused on what I was hoping for ,he did a cut and style. THANK YOU LEO????

MY FOREVER STYLIST.

I left with a huge bald spot from the razor, the stylist styled my hair to cover it and charged me for the styling without asking me. I called the owner and she wanted to see it so we had to drive back. I paid $93 and she gave me $33 back for the haircut but didn’t give me back for the blowout that I didn’t ask for. I’ve never in my life been more humiliated.

This place is HORRIBLE DO NOT GO !!My mother went and she let her stylist know her scalp was burning and he said her scalp was fine and continued to work on his other client !! Another stylist intervened and aggressively removed my mother towel from her neck ! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. a low grade salon . I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star .

Nikki is the best. Highly recommendable! My entire family goes there and everyone is happy.

The salon is absolutely stunning! The stylists are lovely and the experience was so incredibly relaxing and wonderful! Natalie is a magician! My hair has never looked so good and it feels amazing! If you are in SWFL, this is the place to go! ????

I went in for a wash & set, my ends cut, and my hair dyed to ginger. When I arrived I didn’t get the person I booked my appointment with, the women that did my hair dyed it brown (Not the color I wanted even though I asked before she colored it ) then washed it, after I complained then she did the color I wanted which included bleaching my hair ( and told me that the extreme burning sensation that I felt was normal, I couldn’t sit still at all because it hurt so much and I kept asking her why I felt like that again she told me it was normal) , then washing it then putting color then washing it again. She then cut off more then just my ends causing my hair to be uneven and look horrible when straighted. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a style or not nor did she ask me if I wanted it straightened or not I had to tell her. She was going to let me walk out wit my hair wet. If I wanted it out and wet I’d have taken a shower instead. Also, I was charged for EVERYTHING! even her mess up on my hair when I first got there. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Unless u want to be taken advantage of. Hope this helps you. Stay blessed.

I just got robbed from this place. I had an appointment with Abel who is very suspicious. Reviews are questionable ????. His service was nothing special!! I have hair color all over my forehead and side. Everything is ala carte. Therefore the hair color is separate from the hair dry btw $40 for drying my hair??! No hair cut today and I paid $100. BEWARE. And ask before adding on services. This place is unethical and will steal from you. No menu of services /prices so you better hope they like you if not there is Always karma ;-)

Here is a hidden gem. A very clean place where my favorite stylist Yudi works. She provides excellent service and I always leave from there looking stunning! The staff is friendly and everyone is very attentive to your needs. Highly recommended :)
