I feel blessed to be in the Poconos and have access to a BoB beauty supply store. They've always been friendly when I've come in. I don't often buy much, but they treat me the same as if I spend a lot of money there. It's very encouraging. Because of their professionalism and courteousness, I make the extra effort and plan my purchases so I can get what I want and need from them.
