I was referred to this nail salon by my co worker. looked at the reviews and decided to give them a try. I went with Kasey and she did a great job. It was very relaxing on a Monday. She did a full set with a pedi and got my nails looking right again. I work in the service industry and we can't always base the service off reviews. Service industry workers are entitled to have off days and the first thing customers like to do is run to Google or yelp for a bad review. People forget that we are human too. Thank you Kasey for your customer service and doing a great job on my nails. I will be back!
Great employees and good atmosphere. But the work…was disappointing. $45 for a one color, no cuticle work, no design, uneven manicure…also rushed because there was a group that had an appointment waiting. Wasn’t the first time. I went on four occasions in hopes it would get better. A little sad because I wanted to like the salon so badly. But not worth what I paid unfortunately.
I usually never leave reviews but I decided to let y’all know how in love I am. I’ve been coming here for like a year and a half faithfully and always leave satisfied. I usually go to Hannah or Kasey do my nails but everyone there does great pedicures.
Absolutely LOVE my nails! Thank you KC for doing such an amazing job. I will definitely be seeing her everytime from now on.
Booked two pedicures. Was not greeted, felt like we were bothering them. My sister’s pedi was the worst, not straight across or matching the other foot. Frustrating when you can’t communicate with the pedicure guy. Not the relaxing experience we are used to. Btw, they charge you $1.00 to use a credit card.
They were very patient with the design and did a wonderful job! Very professional and relaxing. 10/10 :P
it’s cute and all and the service is good to but the nails were cute but didn’t come out how expected. I
Staff very friendly. Hanna my nail technician very gentle .I didn’t feel rushed . She cared enough to let me know that dipp is better in the long run for my nails compared to the powder that I’m used to. Place very clean . Everyone that comes in has to go wash hands first. Looking forward for my nxt visit for new adventure
